GUILFORD ORTHOPAEDIC and SPORTS MEDICINE CENTER provides comprehensive rehabilitation for injured workers. Our Industrial Rehab Program strives to meet the needs of the patient, physician, case manager, nurse, vocational counselor and the employer. We offer an array of services including Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE), Work Conditioning Programs, Ergonomic Screenings, as well as Back, Injury Prevention and Safety Education Classes. In addition, our highly trained staff can accomplish on-site Workplace services including Job Analysis, Work Station Assessments, and Work Risk Factor / Hazard Analysis. Your Physician may recommend industrial rehabilitation if indicated and our staff will gladly assist you in making an appointment at our state-of-the-art Industrial Rehabilitation Center
